Si quieres pasar unas bonitas vacaciones ino vayas! al Hotel Posada Cuetzalan. Iniciando con la.atención de la Dueña que es déspota y con el mínimo conocimiento de lo que es la atención al cliente, le haces cualquier comentario te contesta de mala manera y te dice que no esta en la política del hotel. Las toallas y sábanas parecen trapos de suelo, el el área de la regadera se encharca y no hay agua caliente. El desayuno te dan lo que ellos quieren ( ofrecen huevos al gusto) pero al gusto de ellos. Lejos de disfrutar y descansar te vas a sentir defraudado.

Se ofrece como hotel de lujo y para nadaaaa, es caro y las habitaciones son sucias, toallas percudidas, sábanas viejas y almohadas horribles. Hay telarañas en las lamparas y nos picaron espero hayan sido arañas... No recomiendo para nada quedarse aquí
