I rented a room for two people through the Trip.com app, when I arrived at the place I was surprised by the information that I had booked a room with a single bed, and on the website (trip.com) they gave me the option of two single beds or a couple. I obviously chose the second option, so I was forced to pay R$60.00 (sixty reais) to upgrade to a double bed, so far OK! The real problem was that the engine noise came from my bathroom, an intermittent noise, it came and stopped, as a result of which I was unable to sleep peacefully, and I woke up every time the noise appeared.

Everything was fine, very well received, reception, valet, cleaning and restaurant services were very attentive and kind. Room with good space for the family, TV with several good closed channel options... reception at checkout was super helpful, allowed us to leave later... hotel with restaurant at affordable prices... first time and I was very happy.

The hotel already gives a great impression at the service desk. Their employees were always kind, attentive, and willing to help. In the room, all equipment worked properly (air conditioning, TV, sockets), and the shower was very good.
