Hotel bem localizado, equipe atenciosa e cordial, tem estacionamento próprio o quarto é bom, amplo, confortável, oferece um bom descanso. O sinal negativo é quando o banheiro, o quarto em que me hospedei no ralo do box não estava funcionando, então na hora do banho o box virou uma piscina e molhou todo o banheiro.

O hotel foi inaugurado em outubro de 2020, relativamente novo e com a estrutura do padrão Ibis, extremamente simples. Positivo: O atendimento é excelente, todos os colaboradores muito educados e prestativos. Horrível: Fiquei no quarto 452, o sinal de internet é péssimo e não tem ducha higiênica. Médio: O restaurante tem uma comida simples e o preço é alto pelo padrão do prato. Parmegiana a R$49,90 e peixe grelhado com legumes R$59,90.

Em viagens de negócios, é imprescindível que a internet seja a protagonista em um hotel para receber executivos, não é a proposta do Serras Hotel em Cuiabá. Estrutura boa, porém tive que sair do hotel e alugar um outro local para trabalhar durante o dia. Ficou muito caro então.
