As fotos dos quartos estão completamente defazafas! Em 4 dias mudei de quarto 3x. O primeiro o ar fazia um barulho insuportável e me trocaram assim que cheguei! O segundo quarto o ar não gelou, passei a noite toda passando calor! Os atendentes do hotel sempre mto solícitos, mas me informaram que não tinha quarto disponível! Pedi pra me mudarem de quarto para ala reformada, que foi reformada há muitos anos! Lixeiras dos banheiros sem tampas! Assim péssimos os quartos! Nunca mais me hospedo! O Amazon aeroporto é outro nível!

Foi cobrado o valor R$20,00 por dia no estacionamento, e no app dizia que estava incluso. E fiz a reserva pelo app e precisei ficar mais dois dias e me cobraram um valor diferente da reserva feito pelo app.

O quarto tinha odor péssimo de mofo, cobram pelo pet porém não oferecem nada, nem tapete higiênico. Atendimento sem cortesia na recepção. Check out sem nenhuma educação. Pior hotel que já fiquei em Cuiabá, além de muito caro;dizem que o do aeroporto é melhor.

Estrutura do hotel bem cuidada.
Excelente café da manhã.
Cama muito boa.
Chuveiro com água muito quente, e sem opção de água fria na primeira noite, mas melhorou um pouco na segunda noite... talvez algum problema pontual.
Mas eu recomendo tranquilamente a Hospedagem aqui.

Gosto muito do hotel e pretendo voltar. Mas precisam melhor a TV a cabo que ficou instável por todos os dias que estive lá. Tinha barata no dia quarto também. Matei pelo menos umas 10.

Os atendentes não são nada simpáticos, bem grosseiros e não explicam nada direito para os hóspedes. O Wi-Fi é horroroso e o ar-condicionado é bastante barulhento, pois fica bem ao lado do quarto. O café da manhã é bom, só por isso nota 3.

Latido do cão que está pagando taxa DIÁRIA não podem aceitar, mas o choro de bebês e as birras de crianças, que não pagam taxas, aceitam tranquilamente... qual a lógica?!?!?!?! O incômodo é o mesmo. Se vcs aceitam pets, clientes que não aceitam cães que latem que se hospedem aonde não aceitam pets. Ou coloquem logo que não aceitam, pra gente que tem Pet não perder tempo, paciencia e dinheiro!!
