Everything was good except my check out experience. The clerk was extremely slow and made mistakes. I was not given a full detailed invoice showing all the charges of the hotel.

I stayed for 1 week. Hotel provides excellent service through dedicated staff. The hotel is undergoing renovations necessary for repositioning. Great location. Small pool because it is understood that they are guests for business in Cuiabá. Weak gym, now a place widely used by those doing business. Overall a quality hotel that is undergoing updating. Inconveniences, however avoided, do happen.

The hotel offers very good and cozy accommodation. I came for the JBS group and in all aspects I just have to congratulate the work done by the Deville hotel group, which provided an effective and comfortable business trip. Great job!

Excellent quality hotel. Large and extremely clean room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Super complete breakfast. Pool area a little small, but as we went with little time, we didn't miss it much. Valet service. Super fast. Fair price for what it offers. I recommend.
