Fiz a reserva pela ******* , infelizmente errei a data, fiz de 21/03 a 22/03 , na realidade seria de 20/03 a 21/03 , fiz 2 reservas , para mim e um amigo , paguei ambas … ao chegar constatamos o erro , disseram que não poderiam trocar as datas, paguei as duas reservas tarifas balcão; Fiz contato com a ******* que por três tentativas junto ao setor de reservas afim de cancelar ambas relatando ocorrido afim que fosse me reembolsado… O hotel ciente de todo corrido dos fatos , NÃO REALIZOU OS CANCELAMENTOS E TÃO POUCO OS REEMBOLSOS!!!!! tire suas próprias conclusões!!! Obrigado

É um hotel 3 estrelas, mas bem funcional para ficar em Cuiabá Todos os funcionários bem atenciosos, café da manhã bom, quarto bom e bem localizado cidade. Valeu a hospedagem até porque Cuiabá fica bem próximo de Chapada dos Guimarães, lugar imperdível.

Primeiro quarto com cheiro de fossa e caixa da descarga do banheiro sem água, trocamos de quarto e esse estava enchendo a caixa de descarga do banheiro mto lento e o filtro do ar condicionado sujo. Travesseiros ruim. Não vale o preço que é cobrado.

A cidade estava bastante cheia. Show dos "Amigos" e concurso extremamente concorrido. O hotel modificou o horário de café da manhã de 07:00h para 06:00h da manhã para atender os hospedes. Exemplo de foco no cliente. Hotel simples que atende ao que se propõe. Café da manhã bem servido. Localização central.
