Por 7 anos me hospedei neste hotel. Tanto particular como empresarial. Porem nesta ultima estadia a experiencia com a familia foi pessima. Reservei um quarto Master casal, da ala nova. Quando cheguei fui informado de que o quarto estava interditado. Fui direcionado a um quarto standart, pois nao tinha mais opcoes. Como se nao bastasse no frio de 17º, eu, esposa e filhas tivemos que tomar banho gelado, pois no quarto a agua nao esquentava. Fui ate a recepção e a solução dada foi deixar a torneira aberta ate esquentar. Esperei por mais de 20 minutos e nada. 👎. Total descaso com o cliente. De manha, ao fazer checkout, deparei-me com outra funcionária, e esta informou que o atendente anterior nao alterou a tarifa, e estava me cobrando o valor do quarto master. Mais um total desrespeito e descaso com o cliente. Infelizmente foi a ultima vez que pisei neste hotel.

Localização excelente e apartamentos reformados estão muito bons. As vezes a equipe é confusa, não me atenderam no café da manhã. Atendimento não é legal. Falta treinamento!!

Experiencia terrível. Precisei mudar de quarto 3 vezes e pagar diferença da reserva para ficar em um quarto na ala reformada.
Hotel precisa de reforma urgente, muito vazamento e barulhos nos encanamentos.

Fico mensalmente ano hotel apenas pelo fato que estuo na FGV. Nao temos desconto, o atendimento é dificultado quando se trata de serviços de quarto, cozinha, talheres, etc. Os quartos estão sempre com vazamentos, ar condicionado vazando e chuveiro frio.. Chuveiros da ala nova poderiam ser bem melhores, visto que chuveiros da ala velha sao melhores que ala nova.

O hotel é bem localizado. Café da manhã muito bom. A limpeza é excelente. O quarto fica bem escuro e aconchegante para poder dormir até mais tarde, caso precise. Recomendo
