El servicio en recepción fue malo porque no ponen atención cuando como clientes nos quejamos de una camarista que estuvo tocabdo la puera de la habitación a las 8 am cuando aún estabamos acostados descansando. La recepcionista no mostró interés por atender dicha queja.

me encanta el hotel, el único inconveniente es que como es un hotel muy antiguo debería de hacer limpieza profunda en las alfombras y dar mantenimiento a los accesorios materiales de las habitaciones.
