Padbrook Park Hotel

Our group of 40 stayed at Padbrook Park for one night while on a choir trip to Devon. Our booking was dealt with very efficiently and our many questions and some changes over 6 months were responded to promptly, cheerfully and with consideration. I think everyone was very happy with their clean and spacious room. The afternoon tea and breakfast selection were excellent and our driver enjoyed an evening meal in the hotel too. We all appreciated this excellent service and would certainly return to Padbrook Park, if we return to Cullompton for another concert. .

We had a great stay! The hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was really great value - thick cut bacon and proper sausages. We ate there for dinner one night and it was also delicious. The hotel was also very quiet so easy to get a peaceful nights sleep. The only down side was the bed was very uncomfortable - lots of springs digging into us. Please take a look at the bed in 108! However, we would come back if in the area

We had a great stay with very friendly staff plus a substantial and well-cooked breakfast; it was just a shame the gym wasn't open Saturday afternoon.

Such friendly staff

We stayed overnight after a wedding in the local area. The price is reasonable , the room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. We were able to book an early check-in to get changed prior to the wedding and check-in in advance so we could just grab our room key on arrival. Breakfast was really good quality sausages and bacon, and I loved the scrambled eggs. We unfortunately didn't have the opportunity to have an evening meal but friends who did said they were really impressed with it. Every member of staff we came in contact with was smiling and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you everyone for a great stay.

The staff were all extremely friendly and that includes the member of staff in the gym. The food was very good from the Ripleys restaurant and breakfast was served fresh and hot. The gym was well equipped. My room was clean with an easy to use heater.

I stayed here with my two young children and we had a lovely time. The staff were welcoming and very accommodating towards my children; they gave them colouring sheets and pencils. The family room was ideal and comfortable. Breakfast was a good selection. We would stay again.

We went to Padbrook Park for Sunday Lunch. It was amazing. Despite the fact that they were very busy our Sunday Roast was the best that we have ever had. Everyting was freshly cooked, no sign of meat or vegetables being kept warm and dried out. It was just as though they had cooked it specially for us. I had the most beautiful roast beef, and plenty of it ! My husband had a medley of beef, turkey and pulled pork. He could not believe the incredibly generous portions and delicious taste. The vegetables served separately were amazing. They composed of carrots, peas, runner beans, broad beans, parsnips, cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes and a massive delicious Yorkshire pudding. It was all cooked perfectly, and extremely delicious. I don’t know how they do it for £14.95. We wanted to have one of their homemade desserts but very sadly we were too full and had to miss out this time ! We will be back again for Sunday lunch and also for an evening meal. Without a doubt it was the best food experience we have had in Devon and we live here! An extra plus was the very attentive, pleasant and professional staff. Excellent 5*
