1. We bought this hotel at that time and it was clear that parking was free and then there was no breakfast. Later we checked in that night and told us to pay $ 17. It was the breakfast fee, parking fee, wifi fee. I have to pay this money, I also find it very funny, and then the so-called breakfast is to give you a few cakes and drinks, nothing else. The point is that you must pay the price of $ 17. It feels like you are in a pit. It is clear that Ctrip did not explain these costs. It was only when I discovered that I had to pay. It was really furious.

The rooms are clean, neat, and in good condition. The decor and furnishings were good quality and tasteful. The staff were all courteous, helpful, and professional. There were only a couple things that weren't perfect: 1) The sleeper sofa I used was not comfortable but maybe no sleeper sofas so I could simply have unrealistic expectations, and 2) the open atrium has a lot of echos so any noise I hear either from the lobby or the other floors can be heard through the door of my room which I found very distracting when I'm trying to sleep.

It's easy to get around town from here, the metro line is about a 15 minute walk, but the 117 bus is right across the road. Use TAP to pay. Bring quarters for the laundry or get them at the 7/11 across the road. The hotel is clean and nice but doesn't provide shampoo.

The location is great, with many restaurants and stores close by. The hotel what you would expect, it serves its purpose. The room were clean but dark, not enough lighting for my taste. There was a strong sewer smell coming up from the shower. There was the same smell in my friends room, luckily ours wasn't as strong as theirs. The breakfast area does have a few items but it's very expensive. You are better off walking to the Starbucks across the street. The biggest problem was housekeeping. Two out of the 3 days that we were there there was no housekeeping service even when we requested in the front desk. When we called (3rd day) to complain the manager that they were short staffed and housekeeping was every other day. That didn't make sense because by that logic we would've had the service on the first and third days. Then we questioned why this policy wasn't explained upon check in, or when we requested the service. The manager got defensive and started yelling at my wife on the phone. We then requested towels from him which were never delivered. I had to call and talk to someone else to get the towels. Checking out there was one person at the front desk so I just handed my key card, needed to catch a flight. To my surprise the bill was charged wrong so had to call to get it straighten out. No one returned my call after I disputed the charges. I had to get in contact with Marriott customer service for it to get resolved. It seems the hotel's staff is either overwhelmed or just don't care. The encounter with the manager over the phone really put a sour taste. Fabulous place on Sunset Boulevard. Easy walk to Rainbow, Whiskey a Go Go, and Viper Room. 40 min walk to Hollywood walk of fame. 30 min walk to Beverly centre. Great spacious eclectic rooms. Bands or duos on at night Heated pool. Lovely staff. Special thanks to Nick who was always so friendly and helpful.

Opposite the Los Angeles Lakers home stadium, it is very convenient to watch the game at night. The front desk is on the 30th floor. You can take a look at the scenery while waiting to check in and start a wonderful accommodation experience.

It’s very close to Universal Studios Hollywood. Walkable distance, 8 mins walk. There is shuttle bus provided but we prefer walking. The room is spacious and clean. The stuffs are friendly and helpful. Great stay.
