Not a bad stay, but we did stay 3 nights and never once did we have housekeeping come in. Family of three and only one tiny bathroom trash can that was never changed. Room didn't smell "fresh", kinda musty. Time still have carpet. Asked at the desk but the lady said she'd try to get someone in there to grab the trash, but wasn't sure if theyd have enough people to do it.like she wasn't sure if people were gonna come in to work? Food was standand. Location was the best part. One elevator for 4 floors, easy enough to take stairs if you don't have luggage. Probably would pick a different hotel next time we are in town. Hotel needs updates.

Have traveled considerably - stayed at many hotels - have never had a more comfortable stay - or served by a kinder, more considerate staff. They accommodated our request for a review of our room rate as the rate had changed from our booking until our stay - they provided extra towels and the room was spacious and large - the beds were wonderful. We had a lovely visit with the staff at breakfast. The hotel was clean and so thoughtful with board games for children. The Comfort Suites had been our second choice for booking as our first choice was full. It would be our first choice the next time and encourage travels to also make it theirs. It was a perfect night's stay.

The hotel appeared clean and the staff were friendly. We had no issues with check-in or the booking. We were traveling for work. The room appeared clean when we got in, however, the next morning I found a large bug between the blankets. Then when I attempted to shower, I found there was no hot water. I contacted the front desk and they advised that there was no hot water for the entire hotel. They were trying to determine the issue. Again, the staff remained friendly and professional. They were apologetic. I appreciated their kindness and professionalism as they truly felt bad. It just put a chill on the stay-literally.

The hotel staff was very nice. The hotel was clean. When we got up the next morning, we found that there was no hot water in the room. We contacted the front desk and they told us that entire hotel hot water system was down. They apologized and passed on that we should leave it in our review. They were friendly and professional and truly seemed to feel bad.

In a reasonably empty hotel, our first room given was right by the elevator. Asked if we could change to another room. We were put in a room where the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. Evidence of the last people to stay in the room with significant.
When I asked if someone was available to clean the bathroom, we were kindly put into a new room once again.
Overall experience was underwhelming.
The rooms are worn and need work.
