Very convenient hotel as close to my ongoing journey. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and the hotel was quiet

Would most definitely not recommend. Staff were rude. And room was filthy. Customer service is non existant. Do not go near. I would question whether the room had even been cleaned, carpet was so dirty you could feel it under your feet. I would never stay in a Premier inn again

I have reviewed Premier Inn's before as they are our first choice when booking a hotel in Britain, as you know what you are getting. We also like the fact that you have a bath in the ensuite not just a shower. Having said that, Premier Inn's are getting quite expensive so unless we get one at a reasonable price we don't stay in them. This was our second visit to the Cumbernauld Premier Inn. We were checked in by Darci who was friendly, chatty and helpful and deserves some praise. Extra teabags, coffee sachets and milk pods are available at reception. Our room (number 12) was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the cleaners do a good job. The only issue with the room was that one bedside light did not work. We did not realise this until getting into bed so did not bother to get dressed to go and report it. Breakfast was very good, although there was no skimmed milk which I would have liked. All breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. I did not get all their names but we were mainly served by Hannah who was cheerful and pleasant. When checking out there was no one on reception so we just put our key cards in the box provided. However, management please note: one bedside light in room 12 requires a new bulb. We would definitely stay in the Cumbernauld Premier Inn again.

Great location but room smelt damp musky and no heating! Room was very cold When reported they said that’s why there’s a plug in radiator in the room which was completely useless didn’t get warm at all! Bathroom very small too was difficult to close the door unless I was right up next to toilet Shame really as plenty of shops around there. Car parking spaces very limit too

We were visiting family in Cumbernauld and this hotel was in the perfect location. Arriving late on a Friday night after a 4 hour drive reception quickly had us checked in. Room was extremely comfortable, with a BeefEater next door for breakast, lunch and dinner but also a wide range of takeaways and the shopping mall all within a short walking distance. The shower was luxurious, especially after the chilly parkrun at Palacerigg Country Park. Will definitely be returning.

Too many needs not met! Hairdryer not working, no teas and coffees. No sockets at the bedside which is a must when you have a CPAP sleep machine to keep your airways open. Receptionist told me to go buy an extension lead!

Stayed for 3 nights, first two nights no problems, third night very little sleep due to banging of doors, guest shouting and the couple next door engaging in a marathon sex session…I put my TV on to drown out all the noise, only for a Staff member to tell me to turn it down, as next thought it was too loud , it was on setting 10, a very low volume and then felt I had to turn it off…resulting in next to no sleep…resulting in me leaving earlier than planned.

Premier Inn Glasgow Cumbernauld isn't too close to Glasgow like I thought, it's actually quite a distance away however there is a train station and regular busses nearby. The car park seems quite small and is full of vans during the week however I always managed to find a space. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly - what more could you want.

Arrived to a very busy very small car park, had to park outside a beefeater 🤔 after hauling my luggage to an unmanned reception I was greeted with a grunt from what one can only Describe as those “hippy stoner types” he looked barely awake and not quite on the mark. Have to say for a 24 hour manned reception, didn’t see him once when I went out for a cigarette. However he was quick to jump on my happy hardcore parade and rain on it saying it was too loud. Sorry you had to displace those families, it’s a shame they don’t remember the fun of the 90s, as apparently neither do you. Maybe next time come speak to us before you move those poor families, as we happily would have turned our banging tunes down. Service… meh Comfort… meh Tunes….banging
