Area was easy to get to. Hospital was really close by (had an appoin**ent there) clean building.
Didnt care for noise in rooms close by. Talking loud at night.

Horrible experience!!! I booked 2 queens i get to hotel and they said we don't have 2 queens. So sorry you are out of luck. They refused to refund me or give me a voucher. I had to sleep in my car. The front staff was horrible and awful customer service

I was passing through Cumming amd had made a reservation through *******. I found that I would arive after 11:00pm and called the desk to make sure that they would not rent out my roo. Glenda told me that she would hold the room till midnight. I arrived at 11:30pm and was informed that Glenda rented out my room. I was insensed and told Glenda that she promised to keep my room till midnight. She threatened to call the sheriff if I did not leave immediately. I left and found another room at Holiday Inn Express. When I got home, I found out that I had been charged cancellation fee for not showing up. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and a very UNPLEASANT EMPLOYEE, GLENDA.
