The corridor is not lit at night and is terribly dark. The pool is dirty and the sound of water is very noisy at night. People with poor sleep need to wear noise-canceling headphones to sleep. The breakfast is very average.

Due to flight changes, we communicated with the hotel in advance through Ctrip to see if we could get a partial or full refund, but we didn't know if it was due to the agent or the hotel. They replied that the cancellation was not possible six days after the check-in date, and we didn't know whether the reply came from the hotel or the agent.
Based on the delay in communication on this order, we suggest that future guests be cautious when booking.
