Blue bay is een Heerlijke locatie, fijn strand in een mooie lagune met mooie snorkel mogelijkheden. Een prima verzorgd hotel, mooie kamer, fijne douche met heel vriendelijk personeel. De ligging is prima. Dichtbij andere stranden en bij Willemstad. Maar eigenlijk hoef je niet naar een ander strand want het is een heel comfortabel strand met allerlei faciliteiten, een bar en restaurant. Volgend keer komen we hier zeker weer!!!

Geweldige locatie, kleinschalig met eigen zwembad en gym op een prive resort met golfbaan en alle voorzieningen.. Perfecte service en heerlijke kamer, met ruim assortiment aan rituals artikelen, airco en koelkast. Eten zeer goed en voldoende ontbijt keuze!

Wat een uitermate correcte service in dit hotel. Als er iets op te lossen valt wordt dit direct hersteld. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Fijne ligging direct aan de baai van Blue Bay. 2 minuten lopen. Let wel als je voor het golfen gaat, het hotel ligt aan de golfcourse maar je moet wel met de auto naar het clubhuis. Dit hotel Is een echte aanrader en voor ons zeker om hier weer terug te komen.

Our one night stay was very disappointing. The room was a corner room near the Staff Room. The safe deposit was broken, the TV was challenging, no iron, no face towels. The outside table had used glasses and bottles and not clean. There is no elevator. The view of the ocean very limited. For those who have mobility issues or wheelchair bound, this is not the hotel for you.

Amazing property with amazing staff and amenities. We have stayed with our "friends", as we feel all staff at Bayside is now, at Bayside Boutique twice now. The first was for two weeks in 2023 and just one night, sadly in March, 2024 due to our flight being cancelled. Staff is simply amazing. They all go above and beyond to ensure your comfort, service and concerns are managed with 100% care and ability. We have travelled extensively throughout our lives and this little place is absolutely in our top 3. They are a hidden gem.

This property is for young vacationers. No one over 60 that is not in shape. Our room was at the top of the property - 6 flights of stairs up the side of a mountain and NO elevator! The room was a king suite that had it's pluses and minuses. The staff was top of the line. The onsite restaurant was excellent and so was the one at the beach. I made the mistake of assuming the property was on the beach, but it's not. It is a fairly short walk, though. The beach and surrounding amenities were very nice. The water was a beautiful aqua and protected. Nice sunsets.

Fuimos una semana y la verdad que el hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, al menos para nosotros, lejos de todo el ruido de la ciudad. Tiene una playa privada a la cual accedes en menos de 1 min (sin costo para huéspedes) y tiene 3 opciones de restaurante. En los tres te atienden súper bien. Además, tiene una tienda/local de buceo donde organizamos 3 sumersiones. Es clave que te compres tu kit de snorkel porque hay mucha vida marina. El personal del hotel es muy amable, pero como en todo el caribe, tienes que tener paciencia para la atención en restaurantes/bar En cuanto a housekeeping, esto sí es un punto a mejorar. Nos pusieron toallas de baño rotas (las cambiamos) y tuvimos otra sucia. Nos dijeron que reemplazarían las botellas de agua agotadas cada día, sin embargo, no pasó nunca. Sobre el desayuno, felizmente solo nos fue mal el último día. Es bastante completo y tienes varias opciones. El último día Dijeron que estaban más ocupados, pero habían más mesas libres que otros días y la verdad que se tardaron 30min en atender, nos trajeron mal el pedido (igual lo comimos porque sino íbamos a llegar tarde al aeropuerto) Clave alquil**** un carro porque cada taxi a la ciudad cuesta $38 y te servirá para hacer beach hopping y conocer todas las increíbles playas

Vriendelijke personeel, behulpzaam en meedenkend. De kamers zijn goed: schoon, zithoekje, goede bedden, airco en alle gemakken voorzien wat betreft de badkamer. Dichtbij mooi strand. Ontbijt enz. prima! Goede ligging op eiland. We komen zeker een keer terug!
