Embora na primeira impressão o local não seja bem localizado a julgar pela vizinhança ao seu redor ,no entanto é bem localizado em relação aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade e conta com bastante, por sistemas de câmeras, no mesmo quarteirão pode-se encontrar frutaria, mercadinho, padaria, lanchonete, etc. Um pouco mais distante possui grandes mercados como Big e Carrefour. No quarto que fiquei estava tudo limpo, organizado, com todos utensílios de casa a disposição, copos, pratos, talheres, etc., duas camas de casal, com todo enxoval, inclusive de banho disponível, guarda roupa grande e espaçoso, tv, geladeira, micro-ondas, fogão, secador de cabelo, ar condicionado, wi fi. O local oferece ainda portaria e serviço de lavanderia (que não utilizei) 24 horas e estacionamento com vagas demarcadas mediante uma taxa por dia, (25,00 em DEZ/23) possui elevadores e aceita animais de estimação acredito que mediante também de taxa cobrada. Funcionários super atenciosos e prestativos aceitam diversas formas de pagamento com toda certeza em meu caso, um excelente custo benefício.

Local organizado e bastante limpo e de acordo com o anúncio. Check-in flexível e recepção 24h e atenciosos. Localização de fácil acesso, porém aparentemente um pouco perigosa com bastante usuários de drogas.

Apartamento muito bom. Bom atendimento por parte do pessoal e muito simpáticos. Porém, a rua onde ele se situa um pouco barulhenta e as janelas não possuem um isolamento acústico muito bom. Não há comércio, restaurantes e bares por perto em que se pode ir caminhando. Mas de carro há varias ótimas opções não muito longe.
