Não gostei do atendimento da recepção, achei o atendente grosseiro, mal educado!Quanto ao estacionamento não informam no app que é pago a parte!O café da manhã também achei bem “fraquinho “comparado a outros hotéis que já estive!

No geral o hotel é muito bom, confortável, café maravilhoso, limpeza impecável, é em frente a um Mc.
Dei quatro estrelas "no geral" somente pela conexão de internet do quarto, em momento algum na estadia tivemos conexão de Wi-fi.(dentro do quarto)

O hotel decaiu demais. Apesar da excelente localização e uma recepção belíssima visualmente, o serviço está horrível. O atendimento da recepção foi péssimo em quase todos os momentos. O quarto que cheguei tinha um ar condicionado de janela e estava sujo, pois tinha dado um problema no ralo, faltou travesseiros no meu quarto, o telefone não estava funcionando - eu mesmo que consertei. O frigobar estava vazio. Experiência péssima, não volto mais. A governanta era a única pessoa que prestou um bom atendimento, foi muito preocupada e solícita para resolver meus problemas. Uma excelente profissional em um hotel com vários problemas. O café da manhã, ainda bem, estava bom.

Excelente colchão, tudo muito limpo. Ar condicionado de frente para a cama, impossível dormir com ele ligado. Tentamos de tudo mas não rolou. Janela não dá pra abrir por causa do barulho. Mas tudo muito limpo, certinho, confortável. Recepção excelente, só uma funcionária que não é muito simpática, mas fez o seu papel. Preço excelente. Diz que são 4 estrelas, mas não é.
