Atendimento excepcional!!! Apartamento com ótimo espaço, muito bem cuidado e asseado, cama ampla e Confortável. Café da manhã adequado (faltou bacon!!!) Localização privilegiada, atendendo minhas necessidades de locomoção sem utilização de veículo.

Chegamos não tinha reserva a funcionária não achava a reserva sendo que ligamos com antecedência pra reserva pois sempre fazemos isso . Após a funcionária dizer que não tinha reserva estávamos indo embora procurar outro lugar ai perguntei mais não tem acomodação nos só queremos descansar ai ela demoro demoro falou que tinha uma no primeiro andar 107 , chegamos lá o banheiro estava com água no chão e a toalha de pisar enxarcada . Mais apesar de tudo isso agradecemos . Mais ficamos decepcionados dessa vez .

Atendimento maravilhoso, desde a reserva até o check out. Contratei um pacote e estava tudo perfeito, tudo no horário combinado. O quarto é excelente, a cama e os travesseiros muito confortável e um ponto que considero principal: estava tudo impecavelmente limpo! Com certeza iremos comemorar outras datas no hotel! Recomendo 100%!

O hotel está situado em um prédio histórico bem conservado. A decoração é sóbria e agradável. O café da manhã é bom. O serviço é simpático, porém um pouco confuso tivemos um problema com a manutenção do quarto, que simplesmente foi "esquecida" e nos obrigou a trocar de apartamento. No novo alojamento, no entanto, o cofre estava trancado e ninguém conseguia achar a chave (!!). Usamos o estacionamento por dois dias e foram registrados três. Solicitamos late check-out de 4 horas e nos foi cobrado 60% de uma diária. Tudo se resolveu, porém de um modo meio desgastante.

Hotel maravilhoso, quarto perfeito! Meninas da cozinha e camareiras perfeitas, a melhor cama do mundo!!!! Porém o atendimento da recepção deixou a desejar, quando entrei no hotel não me deram nenhuma informação sobre horários de café. Senha de Wi-Fi. Onde é o estacionamento, não sabiam sobre a voltagem das tomadas, realmente falta de preparo
