Cheguei bem cedo no dia da reserva e perguntei se eu podia pegar uma outra diária pra entrar e descansar. A recepcionista, disse que assim que liberasse algum, me avisaria e tal. O hotel estava lotado, mas teve saídas bem cedo, então pensei que daria pra entrar antes, mesmo que fosse cobrado.
Porém, senti foi descaso por parte de todos (provavelmente pq não ganham nada extra com isso), mas ela me chamou e disse “consegui liberar um pouco mais cedo pra vc”, as 13:50 (check in normal eh as 14h). Ou seja, além de “*******”, foi debochada. Pessimo atendimento nesse hotel. Já me hospedei outras vezes, mas não volto mais.
