Foi pago diaria por 2 vezes. uma na reserva e outro na saida. O hotel alegou que a trip.com não repassou a diaria e estaria em aberto. espero que a trip.com estorne o debito no meu cartao de credito. e me conforte do stress que criou tornando em curitiba em boas recordações.

O hotel é bom. Atendimento da recepção melhorou muito desde a primeira vez que fiquei lá. Agora pelo menos sabem o que é o app do Trip.com. Os quartos ficam bem escuros com o blecaute e é bem silencioso. A ducha é bem boa e esquenta rápido. É um hotel mais antigo, então não tem como esperar instalações super modernas. O estacionamento embaixo do hotel é um ponto forte, pois a maioria dos hotéis do centro de Cwb tem estacionamentos na outra quadra - o que te obriga a andar pelo centro até o hotel, por vezes, durante a noite e sozinha. O estacionamento no térreo evita que se saia do hotel para chegar à recepção e ao quarto. Café da manhã é bom mas não é lá aquelas coisas. Eu recomendo esse hotel.

Não foi positiva, apesar dos avisos para não fumar, o corredor estava com muita fumaça de cigarro que invadia os quartos, no banheiro o chuveiro não funciona direito, a cozinha não funciona para um lanche nos quartos, o buffet é pobre em variedades, se o cliente precisar de um café sem açúcar não vai encontrar. O quarto e suas acomodações é muito abaixo da média. Não faria nova reserva.
