My accommodation was not possible. In this case, there was an unforeseen event and I was unable to check in on the scheduled day, as my son was bedridden and I was unable to be there. I was not given the information that it would be necessary to notify a late check-in.
To my surprise, on the last day of my stay (26 Apr 24), when I tried to settle into the room I had booked and paid for, I was informed that it was occupied. solution, with my accommodation not being possible.
As a consumer, I feel aggrieved, as the hotel chain simply pocketed the payment and did not provide the agreed service.
I will even take legal action against the network and the App that intermediated the transaction.

What a shame, the hotel is very well located, but unfortunately the structure of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room is terrible, the breakfast is really good, we are not looking for affordable hotels as we don't deserve a place with excellence either.

Hotel well located, good reception, clean, good breakfast, fruits and cakes….
Points for improvement old air conditioning, could be improved with new ones, bringing more comfort to guests, old furniture and old finish were even clean and had a sloppy appearance.
In need of renovation… but at least in the room I stayed in, everything was in order… I would definitely stay again…
