Frequento este hotel há mais de 15 anos e sempre com a mesma organização, limpeza, preços ótimos, só faz falta mesmo o café da tarde que era servido após as 17 horas.

O hotel atende bem as necessidades. Café da manhã ótimo, tudo bem limpo, funcionários educados e uma localização privilegiada. Considerando o valor, vale muito a pena, fiquei satisfeito com a estadia!! O único problema que observei foi a falta de isolamento acústico. Meu quarto era próximo ao elevador e o barulho era alto durante a noite. Recomendo buscarem quartos mais distantes do elevador para uma melhor experiência no hotel.

O quarto não estava com a limpeza adequada, cheiro de esgoto e goteira em cima da pia do banheiro. Além de estar ao lado do almoxarifado das camareiras que começavam o serviço cedo, impossibilitando dormir. Café da manhã com boa diversidade.

Gostei do hotel e da localização central.O apto é pequeno mas, reformado, bem decorado e com ar condicionado split. O café da manhã é suficiente. Nem de mais e nem de menos. Ruim mesmo foi o fato do estacionamento ser a duas quadras de distância e o hotel não ter lugar para deixar a bagagem. Não tinha vaga na rua perto do hotel e tive que arrastar a mala por dois quarteirões para chegar no hotel. Disseram que bem sempre é assim…

Muito boa opção para a região do centro de Curitiba. Quarto confortável, bons móveis, limpo e arrumado. Banheiro limpo com ótimo chuveiro. Café da manhã adequado, com reposição frequente. Fica uma sugestão para uma maior oferta de opção de frutas ou bolos. Pessoal de recepção atencioso porém sem exageros. Academia pequena mas funcional. Me hospedaria novamente com certeza.

Fiquem longe dos quartos final 04, ao lado do elevador, são péssimos por causa do barulho.O hotel DEVE MELHORAR a antipatia da reserva, pois não é a primeira vez que me hospedei nele, e pedi em todas as vezes, quarto de frente para a praça e NUNCA ME ATENDERAM,dando a desculpinha de sempre, que não tem. Devem RESPONDER ao hóspede imediatamente que não há,porque tem um espaço para escrever nossas observações e pedidos. Não respondem, isso é antipático e nada, nada profissional. Peçam comprovantes dos pagamentos que fazem do frigobar, restaurante, cafeteria, pois na saída, quiseram me cobrar novamente o que já havia pago (por precaução, sempre peço os comprovantes dos pagamentos de meus consumos). Os recepcionistas mesmo pagando, não deram baixa . Não é bom que isso aconteça, pois há uma imagem a ser preservada do hotel. Sugiro os quartos de frente para a praça ou, pelo melhor silencio, os de final 08. O café da manhã é ótimo,variado e tem sucos e iogurtes para beber.

Quarto bom e limpo, assim como o banheiro. O ponto negativo foi o estacionamento, que não é muito perto do hotel. Além disso, o manobrista daquele dia foi rude conosco. Quanto aos funcionários do hotel, são prestativos e simpáticos. Boa localização mas, à noite, achei um pouco ermo.

Excelente estadia neste belo hotel localizado num dos pontos mais badalado no inverno, em frente a praça Osorio, em pleno inverno tem a tradicional feira de inverno de Curitiba, quartos tipo suite super confortáveis, todos com ar condicionado, recepção 24h e caso o hospede volte p hotel de madrugada, tem o cartao magnetico para acessar, sem precisar esperar alguém abrir a recepção. Café da manhã bem completo. Equipe hoteleira super atenciosos e prestativos.
