Very clean, complete facilities, close to the airport, breakfast is also rich

This is a great hotel for U.S. visitors to Brazil. Mercure is near the airport and very clean & modern. The employees are very helpful. Some employees speak English but even those who don’t, are very patient & kind using Google translate to communicate with us. Lia, who is employed in the hotel restaurant is a super nice lady and very kind.Lia provided great service. The restaurant in this hotel has good food. We were able to communicate with Lia using Google translate on our phones. Highly recommend this place.

Good accommodation option in San José dos Pinháis. We often travel from SP to South, and stay half the road, in SJP. Cities have many hotel options for the Curitibe Airport, located in the region. The hotel is located in the city's shopping area, just a few squares. It has a good parking and a pleasant receptionist service. The hotel is very comfortable and clean, and I would like to emphasise the indoor maintenance of the suites, with doors and boxes already spent for years of use, but nothing to compromise the use. I would be a little cheaper day when compared to large-scale hotels in the region.

The hotel is noted 10! The rooms are clean, the shower is wonderful because super hot, the reception was great and breakfast is very good, with many options and everything very tasty. The hotel is also good location, is close to the city centre and the pra to enjoy a little, just don't recommend walking around the night. Slim would certainly be a hotel where I would host several times, I liked it very much!

I recommend for: - old room, which also means huge. - excellent cleaning and shower - very caprich breakfast - always pleasant and friendly service -wonderful location,it only cross the street to be in the CTB shopping,in addition to several restaurants and attractions nearby -in spite of the location - very central, it is quiet. reserves: - very soft bed ( personal taste and need)- I asked to change my room and I was readyly attended by Caetano, but the truth is that the other room had no different bed, So we don't change the room. (but I emphasise that we have been offered the option with great gentleness) - excellent breakfast with many options. offer tapioca and ometele, but I would like the management to train who makes them because they are not made in the right way. ( the tapioca is made and a pack of cheese and sore soup is placed in the middle of the omelet the same thing). These are simple details that inspired me lack of training. However, we only have the breakfast team, very performing always.

I stayed in the hotel with my wife on a holiday trip, it was my first time in Curitiba and I didn't know the city very well, and for the reviews I read at first this looked like a good hotel. The rooms are good, but the building is old and it is possible to hear noise of the tube when some other guests take off or bath, which can catch the sleep of many people. The restaurant where breakfast is served is small, which makes you have to eat outside of it or then wait to have vacation at some table. Another point is that coffee starts at 7:00, so if you have some commit early you may have to leave the hotel without even drinking coffee. Another thing that is bad for those who travel by car is that the parking is charged and that information is not clearly available, and the hotel parking is small and, or you need to leave the key at the reception, The hotel also has no academy, I have a partnership with a nearby one. It's interesting because you'll have a complete school, but it's a disturbing thing that you're not at the same place as you're. The hotel staff are very well-performing, but I noticed that there are few at the reception and at certain times of the day they end up not realizing everything you have to do and generates row. One thing that has bothered me a little, although I don't make any difference, is that the bathroom box has a small bathroom, so if the guest has reduced mobility, is obese, pregnant or disabled, the bathroom becomes impossible. And last but not least, the building that the hotel is located is old, so the stairs for you to climb to the room are inappropriate, being a flight route and passing through the hotel reception. The hotel ”have” parking, but is a partner and the value is not included in the hosting simulation, with an extra daily value to be paid to store the car at the time of check-in; The room was only 2 single beds because there was a mistake in the system when booking. They changed our room and the cleaning of the new room was not very satisfactory; we were calling the air conditioning and was not working, when we interphoned to the reception to notify the air, the phone was not working too. We had a whole day on the road, it was over 10 a.m. and we had a little child, we just took bath and went to bed, the next morning we notified the air and the reception staff sent the technician. We returned from the tour afternoon, and we were informed that the technician was preparing the air, but it was not working yet. We opened the air and saw a dirt crust, we returned to the reception to tell that, besides not working, it was completely dirty. There was room available to exchange and we spent the second night in heat. In short: we spent 4 nights in heat because the technician who said to clean the air, at least did not spent a pan in the air conditioned. In our 5ª night they managed to exchange us to a room that The new room was running with the air, the air was swallowing water into the room, and the room was flooded, the amazing floor was already all-smooth and broken, indicating that it was an old problem. We were tired of complaining, we were still, in the next 2 nights we had there We didn't leave before the hotel because the full value of the reservation had already been discounted on our card at the time of the reservation; and also because the staff were very well on our attention and did what they could to help us.

Incredible, wonderful hotel, wonderful coffee, wonderful room, the best hotel our family has hosted in Curitiba, it's worth it, when we come back we know where to stay.

I stayed at Radisson for one night from Thursday to Friday April/2021. My bedroom was luxury double room, and the reservation was made 2 weeks in advance through booking.com app, i got a fair price that included breakfast. I really enjoyed the bedroom size, with a pretty spacious bathroom, working desk with comfortable chair. Big TV and gigantic confy bed. The reception clerk was really polite, I had done the Pre booking on line, it took 5 minutes to finalize the check in and get the room card. I drove to Curitiba, and the hotel counts with valet service at extra cost. I like the ironing board in the hotel bedroom. Nice touch the washing cloths, lots of hotels in Brazil don’t have those. Extra points for the good hair dryer. Good toiletries- body moisturizer, shampoo and hair conditioner, 2 soap bars, tissues and shower caps. Fluffy and big towels, plenty of clothes hanger I Stayed on the 3rd floor, next time i’ll ask for a higher room, so i can have a better view of the Japanese Square Park. The hotel location is pretty good, in a high end neighborhood and close to downtown. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, the menu didn’t have a lot of variety- I ended up having filet and past and the flavor was good, but if i stay at the hotel again i will have dinner outside the hotel. The bedroom offered tea, coffee and water bottles and a courtesy. The breakfast buffet had a pretty good variety of fruits, yogurts, juices and nice and fresh breads. It did have a espresso machine and some sweets and cheeses. Considering pandemic measures i thought the hotel is being really careful living windows and doors open, and at the hotel restaurant the tables have enough room between them. I would say it’s a 9 out of 10.
