Exceptional. Great hotel. Whoever claims here, claims for little or wants luxury hotel for a lower price. All in the hotel is wonderful, clean and spacious room. The facilities are new, with excess to the carpet day corridors. Breakfast very good.

The hotel is noted 10! The rooms are clean, the shower is wonderful because super hot, the reception was great and breakfast is very good, with many options and everything very tasty. The hotel is also good location, is close to the city centre and the pra to enjoy a little, just don't recommend walking around the night. Slim would certainly be a hotel where I would host several times, I liked it very much!

The breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast was very good, in the right measure, without exaggeration but without missing anything, and the rest was happening quickly. This is a great hotel for U.S. visitors to Brazil. Mercure is near the airport and very clean & modern. The employees are very helpful. Some employees speak English but even those who don’t, are very patient & kind using Google translate to communicate with us. Lia, who is employed in the hotel restaurant is a super nice lady and very kind.Lia provided great service. The restaurant in this hotel has good food. We were able to communicate with Lia using Google translate on our phones. Highly recommend this place.

Located in the centre of Curitiba, which did not pass the security impression, because we arrived well at night and the street was well deserted with street residents. The room is very spacious, with comfortable beds. The bathroom is a little old but it has served well!

The hotel is very well located!Big room for the standard, with dryer, place to support the bag, satisfactory cleaning, (with room to improve), Wi-Fi OK, academy, medium breakfast. The hotel has been very friendly and very friendly staff (except a boy who was at the reception day 28/5 at night ) I would certainly host again since it maintains the cost-benefit ratio. The hotel ”have” parking, but is a partner and the value is not included in the hosting simulation, with an extra daily value to be paid to store the car at the time of check-in; The room was only 2 single beds because there was a mistake in the system when booking. They changed our room and the cleaning of the new room was not very satisfactory; we were calling the air conditioning and was not working, when we interphoned to the reception to notify the air, the phone was not working too. We had a whole day on the road, it was over 10 a.m. and we had a little child, we just took bath and went to bed, the next morning we notified the air and the reception staff sent the technician. We returned from the tour afternoon, and we were informed that the technician was preparing the air, but it was not working yet. We opened the air and saw a dirt crust, we returned to the reception to tell that, besides not working, it was completely dirty. There was room available to exchange and we spent the second night in heat. In short: we spent 4 nights in heat because the technician who said to clean the air, at least did not spent a pan in the air conditioned. In our 5ª night they managed to exchange us to a room that The new room was running with the air, the air was swallowing water into the room, and the room was flooded, the amazing floor was already all-smooth and broken, indicating that it was an old problem. We were tired of complaining, we were still, in the next 2 nights we had there We didn't leave before the hotel because the full value of the reservation had already been discounted on our card at the time of the reservation; and also because the staff were very well on our attention and did what they could to help us.

Good accommodation option in San José dos Pinháis. We often travel from SP to South, and stay half the road, in SJP. Cities have many hotel options for the Curitibe Airport, located in the region. The hotel is located in the city's shopping area, just a few squares. It has a good parking and a pleasant receptionist service. The hotel is very comfortable and clean, and I would like to emphasise the indoor maintenance of the suites, with doors and boxes already spent for years of use, but nothing to compromise the use. I would be a little cheaper day when compared to large-scale hotels in the region.

Hello, I like mtooo staying in this hotel, because it has a good price, with excellent service, careful staff, the only thing k leaves to desire in some rooms the garden are broken, not doing blecoult completely. The location for me is excellent , near my family. Good night mtooo thank you.
