Overall good stay. Only 1 lift working at the time, during peak hours we were waiting for a while. Amenities could be improved by providing toothbrushes etc.

According to the hotel description and price, the room should be cleaned every day, the trash should be removed, and the towels should be changed. However, when we returned to the hotel at night, the room was very cold with the windows open. We saw the same scene as when we left. There was still no hair dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, or slippers. No one took the guests seriously, and complaints were useless. good location and bug room. only thing is toilet a bit small, doors to the toilet and shower will hit each other and is a fixed shower. water knobs also take a while to tune to hot/warm temperature. otherwise is a good stay

The hotel is too old, especially the bathroom! The towels were old and yellowed, and the shower curtain rod was rusty. The room is OK, there is no view, and the glass windows are too dirty... The bed is comfortable, but the air conditioner is noisy, the sound insulation of the room is poor, and the wifi is very weak. The hotel location is not difficult to find on Hay St and Murray Street, but it takes 15-20 minutes. Not recommended.
