20 mins walk from Plaza del Armas but the upside is that the area is relatively quiet (or at least the soundproofing of the room is decent). Breakfast is set and catered to your room. For light sleepers like me, the sound of water flushing in the pipes can be quite loud in the middle of the night. Generally ok for the price.

What a good time! Very clean room and building. So accommodating and tentative to any needs. The place is a close walk to all of the main attractions and Cusco’s main square and one of the best features it that it’s also very close to some grocery stores. The right across the bridge upon exiting are the best we found in Cusco. Definitely recommend a stay here!

Where to start? Our room was spacious, clean and surprisingly warm ( not a common thing at night on 3200 m above see level). Most important, shower is HOT all day long. There is also, small fridge, electric kettle, small choice of tea, coffe and...coca leave. Breakfast is very good. Fruits, buns, jam and fresh juice. Irwin and Dario were super helpfull. Don't hesitate to ask them about everything you want or need to know. Also Irwin can organize you various trips. Hotel is located about 10 minutes from Plaza Del Armas. Neighborhood is really quiet at night. Thumbs up!!!

The place is great! It’s a family run place and it really felt like it too. I spent almost 2 weeks there and almost felt at home. The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommended!

Best trip i have ever had in Peru !!! This small hotel is all you need when traveling and been all day walking around the city and going to tours the hotel was spotless clean, warm water, clean beds , clean towels soap and shampoo on shower and the hospitality that owner Irwin and family give you is incredible, starting with the warm welcome and been always there when we need it help with addresses or understanding the culture and did I mentioned that Irwin took us to the train that goes to machu picchu in the really early hours of the day (still dark ) which for me was very important for someone trusty to drive us around and we were a group of 4 so i cant be more thankful to owner Irwin and family and this hotel experience Carlos, Juana, Juan y Carmen

Un hotel que por fuera no parece lo que es por dentro. Una cama de 2x2 m con una gran tele, buena temperatura, calidad de los acabados muy buena y desayuno incluido. Además muy buena atención de la gente del hotel. Lo único es que no está en el centro pero está muy cerca. Precio muy muy bueno.
