Excellent service from the staff, very attentive, friendly people, good quality of WI FI. Everything was clean and very comfortable, I would return again. The treatment was exceptional, always willing to help you with everything. They are very respectful and empathetic. Excellent location!

The hotel is excellent, the rooms are comfortable with everything you need and super clean. The location is excellent close to everything in the city center. The people who work are very friendly, they guided us in everything we needed. The location is very good. Great value for the price! The person in charge of the place, Saul, is a helpful and available person.

No nos gustó el ruido constante a toda hora, ya sea de huéspedes que salen de tour a la madrugada o que ingresan post fiestas. Cabe aclarar que la puerta principal la cierran a las 11 p.m. Las habitaciones que nos tocaron no estaban limpias por completo: en una encontramos el baño usado y con una gomita de pelo de la huésped anterior y en otra el inodoro se encontraba sucio. Tampoco cuentan con caja fuerte.

Para comenzar no tienen calefaccion con el frio q habia dentro del cuarto termine asma, el agua caliente tarda en salir, la gente borracha toca la puerta de entrada bien duro para q abran pq el hotel cierra las puertas, todo ese alboroto se escucha en los cuartos, no hay variedad de bebidas en el desayuno, te dan el desayuno en platillos de tazas, no tienen lugar de ventas de refrescos o jugos solo agua. Los dormitorios no cuentan con ningun servicio. No tienen cuarto seguro para dejar equipaje, lo dejan en el salon comedor osea q cualquiera tiene acceso a tu equipaje. No tienen cuarto de computadoras. En fin no regreso maa ni recomiendo a nadie q venga.

No recomiendo el hotel. Sus canales de comunicación son poco claros. Mi experiencia: Hice una reserva por medio de una plataforma con mas de un mes de anticipación, me enviaron correo de confirmación, incluso tuve comunicación via whatsapp con el hotel y el día de mi llegada me envían un mensaje indicando que cancelaban mí reserva que yo no había reconfirmado mi estadía por medio del correo (debo mencionar que este correo decían reserva confirmada, mas no especificaba que reiteremos la reserva y ofrecían transporte del aeropuerto al hotel) una muy confiada y encima embarazada. NO RECOMENDABLE!
