We returned to this hostel after our trip to Machu Picchu. We were greeted warmly, even though it was late.

The view from the breakfast table is great. The room is cozy. The owner doesn't speak English, but he's friendly. But dragging my suitcase up to the hostel is a total nightmare.

The accommodation is close to Cusco's main square. The reception was not good. Coca tea is available, but the utensils are not clean and there is noise from other rooms. There is no heating because the nights are cold. However, for the price, it is acceptable.

Run by a married couple. The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the square in Cusco. However, it is on a hill and at a high altitude, so the air is thin, so keep that in mind. You can also take a shared bus from the airport to the square (if you have the energy, energy, and peace of mind). However, there was no hot water in the shower at first. Because of this, I had to contact her husband, who runs the hotel, every time, which was inconvenient. However, if there was anything, they would come to my aid via WhatsApp, and when I went to Machu Picchu, they let me leave all my luggage there, and they even secured a shared bus to the hydroelectric power station, so the service was excellent in that respect.

The staff was friendly. I also like that they provide tea 24 hours a day. The location is a little inconvenient because you have to go up a narrow road from the square. The Wifi was unstable when I stayed there.
