The room was not clean. The towels had already been used and were full of holes. There were children making a lot of noise in the hotel’s courtyard, so it was impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The weather was cold, and after a long day you naturally want to take a hot shower, but there was no hot water at all. The breakfast was terrible. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Great location close to the historic centre, local market, supermarket and restaurants. The initial welcome and intro was great by Carmen. After that her colleague was not as warm and friendly as her.
The room was very small and the bathroom was tiny and hard to move. The bathroom didn't have any hooks to hang towels or clothes. They forgot to clean the room one day despite requesting and they don't provide it but we're happy to sell you shampoo.
They weren't able to accommodate a take away breakfast for an early morning tour despite having paid for breakfast. Overall felt it didn't represent value for what they were charging given the less than satisfactory experience.

The people who work at the hotel are very helpful and willing to help with anything you might need. The location is close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the main square in Cusco.

Hotel facilities are average though. However, the service was attentive and the landlady was extremely patient in arranging a trip to Machu Picchu and a one-day trip to Cusco. Her English communication skills are greatly appreciated. Like!

I can assure you that this is a hotel worth staying at. The owner and his wife are very nice people. When there is a problem to be solved, they will help attentively. We had a problem with our ticket and they spent three hours to help us solve it. This is our personal experience. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍👍👍

I stayed there for two nights, but no matter how many times I asked, they wouldn't install a curtain in the shower room. Because of that, I slipped and fell, and hit my back and head hard.

It was a cold season, but there was no heating, and the key to my room wouldn't open smoothly, so I had to go downstairs several times to ask, which was inconvenient.
There was never anyone at the front desk.
I introduced several people to the hotel at the same time, but it seemed some of them didn't even have hot water in the shower, which was unfortunate.
The lights at the entrance were not on at night, and on the first day the taxi driver couldn't find the room and dropped me off in the wrong place.
