Good location, Average breakfast, service could have been better

Very safe hotel, informed staff don't disturb after guest left their room, as somethings important inside the room. Greatly recommended for travellers

A hotel with a good location near the square and very friendly staff. A very pretty place with an old-fashioned courtyard It's a great place to enjoy the atmosphere of Cusco. Breakfast is also delicious.

The location of the hotel is good, but I can't recommend it to everyone after this experience. After leaving the hotel and taking a taxi to the airport, I suddenly found that my watch was left in the room, so I asked the Uber driver to turn around and go back to the hotel. When I returned to the room, two waiters were cleaning it, and I felt bad. I went in and asked them, and they just said no. I said I was sure the watch was in the room and I could look for my school bag. At this time, the two waiters lowered their heads and were talking because they didn't understand Spanish. I probably knew they had taken it, and I said I could tip it for $100, and all you had to do was give it to me, but if not, I would call the police now. About 10 minutes later, they took the watch and said they found it. It was another waiter who found it. I gave him $100 and left. But if you think about it carefully, if you are not firm, won’t your expression be gone?

The price/performance ratio is very high, the location is also very good, and it's antique. There is free coca tea in the lobby and free oxygen for 10 minutes. There is a convenience store/pharmacy opposite the hotel, but the check-in time is a little long.

Although they said they upgraded the room for us, it turned out to be next to the street. I couldn't sleep from midnight until 5 o'clock, and there was always the sound of car horns on the road. The hair dryer in the bathroom does not have a power outlet, which is very strange.

Hotels can provide oxygen, but hours are limited. The room is large and the environment is very good. There is a welcome drink. Coca tea is free and can be brewed and drank at any time. Breakfast was very rich. The hotel’s courtyard, stairs, and aisles are particularly good for viewing. It's within walking distance of the main square and the service staff are very polite. If you want to go to any nearby local fun and delicious places, we will introduce them carefully.

It's an okay hotel. It was renovated from an old house. We initially arranged to check in with two rooms on the slope top of the top floor. They were obviously small, and the bathroom was especially small. There was also pipe noise coming from outside one room. After giving advice to the front desk, We were moved to a large room on the first floor, and a friend's room was moved to a room the next day. We were basically satisfied and stayed for 5 nights in total. Breakfast is average~ The service is also pretty good. The hotel has an ancient covered courtyard where you can sit and relax. There is also a covered corridor on the second floor, which is antique and has a nice small environment. It is very close to the center of the ancient city of Cusco, and all places of interest in the ancient city are within walking distance~ When I finally checked out and left, the front desk sent the reserved car to the airport, and the price was quite reasonable.
