Excellent location near the Plaza de Armas, spacious room, bed with good blankets and a good size, spacious bathroom, simple breakfast. The terrace has an open balcony that's great for sunbathing. The room would be more pleasant if it had an electric heater, because they are cold.

Good location and friendly service. However, the rooms are poorly equipped, with no curtains (only wooden doors facing the street act as insulation, so there's no natural light during the day and no privacy), and the breakfast is limited and of poor quality.

We arrived at the hotel on September 20th and were accommodated on the second floor. At first glance, everything seemed fine: hot shower, working TV, and a dark room to sleep in. However, on the first night we already suffered with the wooden floor, which echoed the noise of all the guests passing in the hallway—and this went on until the early hours of the morning. Exhausted, we ended up spending the night like that anyway. The next day, we requested a change of location due to the noise and were accommodated, being placed in room 102 on the ground floor. I asked about noise and was informed that there would be no problems. In fact, the room was quieter, but it still presented two serious inconveniences: 1. Useless window: it overlooked an internal storage area (towels, bedding, groceries) where the light came on every 2 minutes during the early hours of the morning, illuminating the entire room. A real torment for anyone seeking rest. 2. Kitchen noise: it was at the back of the bathroom and, even with the door closed, it was possible to clearly hear conversations and movements. Furthermore, one of the biggest problems was the shower. During a 7-night stay, I had to take cold showers (more cold than lukewarm) at least 3 times. When I inquired, I was only informed that there was a problem with the heating, with no solution date given. On a tiring trip like Cusco, this is unacceptable. Positive points: • Good breakfast, with eggs, juices, yogurts and local breads. • Polite and helpful staff. • Excellent location, next to the Plaza de Armas. However, none of these points compensate for the recurring lack of hot water, the noise, and the lack of attention to the minimum comfort of guests. Considering the problems encountered, I state with conviction: I would not return and I do not recommend this hotel.

Half a block from the park, but too noisy from cars and a nightclub open until dawn. The breakfast was terrible and awful, the rooms were very basic and dusty, and the staff was mediocre; only one of the receptionists was friendly, the other three were very rude. They need to improve in many areas, and they could if they wanted to, but it seems they're not interested.
