The hotel's location is relatively close to the Plaza de Armas. The service is good, and although the facilities are a bit old, there are clear signs they try to maintain them. The meals are average. Considering everything else, it's generally a good place and recommendable.

This venue was perfect. In the high altitude of Cusco, there isn’t a better option! No stairs or high hills to climb to get to this hotel and it’s only a 5 minute walk to the plaza d’armas! It’s perfect. The old architecture and design is so cool! The bed was comfy, bathroom updated, it’s a great place! We wish we knew about this place for our initial stay in Cusco!

The room is nice and the front desk is able to speak English. Very nice experiences in Cusco. If you need any Medicine just come to front desk to ask, but no oxygen provided.

The receptionist was very kind.
The location is good and safe.
The Christmas tree was cutely decorated with alpacas and other animals.
The tour left first thing in the morning, so it was a shame that we couldn't have breakfast.
