Good hotel in a good location they have the added bonus that they will store your luggage until you return from Machu Picchu I think they should advertise that more as everyone needs this service due to the train and coach rules regarding travel and they are the only way to reach Machu Picchu

Badly insulated room, from noise and smells. Noisy backyard throughout the night. And was woken up at 5am from breakfast being cooked downstairs, smell of sausages and eggs filled the whole room.

We booked a twin room with Jacuzzi, the check in desk refused to honor the booking repeatedly saying that they were sold out or the manager is not here, when we eventually got to the manager , he said that they don’t work with ******* and their website description was inaccurate and refused to move us to another room, the room was in bad shape with no towel racks or soap holders, extremely tight for 2 people, then they tried to stick us with additional charges for using cc to pay, will never stay here again

Staff was able to help me out at 1 in the morning for check in. Staff was friendly and knew all of the spots for local food and shops. Rooms are sapcious and very clean.
