I arrived on a Saturday at 10pm and they told me that my reservation was there but I had to go to another hotel on my own... without any message through booking, nothing... they made me wait until they gave me a room that they were doing repairs all day with a drill... The room smelled terrible, cobwebs and dirty curtains... And the balcony that appeared in the photo when I made the reservation was never requested... Average breakfast... But I would not recommend them nor would I ever return, in addition to the poorly trained staff.

The best thing about the hotel is the location, very close to the center, 4 blocks from the main square of Cusco. The breakfast is very good, complete and the staff is very friendly. We left our bags after check-in until we went to the airport and there was no problem. The room is comfortable and spacious and the bathroom too, although a little aged, lacks a little maintenance since it is an old house. The mattresses that we had could also use a renovation. The price/what you get ratio is very good.

El hotel me pareció bonito, con varios patios pintorescos. Tiene Caja fuerte. Agua calientito con buena potencia de agua. Servicio amable. Cerca a la plaza de armas y Qoricancha, Hay varias restaurantes, bodegas y farmacias en la zona. Muy bien pagado por el hotel, volveria. Mejoraria que ponga toalla para el piso de ducha, secador de pelo. y bueno pedi mi desayuno box, xq iba salir tempranisimo. Y por mas que avise 2 dias seguidos, No lo tuvieron.

Pousada bem aconchegante com boa distribuição no pátio interno. A porta de entrada é um pouco pequena. Boa área para o café da manhã com um bom ou regular café da manhã, teve dias sem frutas. Mas, fazem lanches p levarmos nos passeios que saem de madrugada com frutas e sucos. Isso é muito importante. Quartos e banheiros de bom tamanho e espaço e limpeza. Só atentar que a água quente do banho pode levar mais de 15 minutos para aquecer. Atendimento atencioso e eficiente sempre buscando a solução. Tem depósito p guardar malas, depois do checkout até o voo. Não tem estacionamento
