Excellent lodging with highly professional staff.
Finding the entrance was a little challenging, but we are so glad we stayed here. The room was spacious and comfortable with a newly remodeled bathroom. Breakfast was great, served by friendly ladies; highly recommend the omelet. The only downside is that you can't drive directly to the front door, which is a consideration if you have a lot of luggage or are mobility limited. We found the location excellent, with a short easy walk to all the sites. We particularly appreciated the secure storage of our bags for a few hours after we checked out.

This is the standout accommodation we have had in 5 weeks. Very good breakfast with plenty fresh fruit, engaging and helpful stuff, clean rooms with comfortable bed and hot water. Very close to tourist area but far away to avoid the Cusco noise.

Okay but wouldn't stay again
It was fine. Very loud so if you're a sensitive sleeper or have difficulty falling asleep it's not good. The heater looks like a whiteboard on the wall and has one setting so it's either off and freezing or you wake up hot in the night. Shower was kind of a cave. The courtyard outside was pretty a d they had tea out all the time. Had to leave before breakfast.

Estalagem bem rústica mas confortável. Fica bem próximo da praça central de Cusco e de vários restaurantes. Não se tem acesso de carro, o que dificulta para o pedestre, principalmente nos primeiros dias em que estávamos nos acostumando ao ar rarefeito pois tem uma grande escadaria até a rua de acesso do hotel, a dica é subir bem devagar as escadas. Café da manhã é delicioso e o serviço muito prestativo. O quarto também conta com um aquecedor na parede que ajuda muito nas noites de frio.

El hotel se encuentra ubica cerca de la plaza principal del cusco, la atención es buena y el personal de restaurant o cocina, son muy amables y cariñosos. Se preocupan de dar un muy buen servicio. El hotel tiene un estilo familiar y muy tranquilo. Acceso, no es bueno, ya que no llegas en auto, debes subir una escalera para acceder al hotel, casi 4 pisos.
