Best Western Airport Inn Suites Cleveland

The front desk person was more concerned with what was happening on her cell phone then waiting on me as her custom. Checked in and went to my room and then came back and found my form that I had signed just laying out on the desk. She had gone outside to use her phone several times so when I called the front desk no one wasn't answering. I needed to return my car to the rental carental car before the evening was over so I did not have to do it in the morning.. I try to find the return and and got lost. She didn't even know where I was she couldn't leave me back to the hotel. It turns out that the shuttle driver finally suggested that she'd take me and I follow her. That worked out well. My concern is that had I had an issue with help or anything and called the front desk there would be no one there to answer the phone. And literally had to go outside to find her once I realized what she was doing. I came into the front lobby and there was no one there. The next morning the night auditor was very kind to kind to make sure that the shuttle driver got there on time so I would not be late for my ride to the airport. There seems to be a little confusion as About the consistency of employee service giving to the customer. I'm not sure I would have that many family members working in the same facility.

Easy check in and friendly front desk employee

One night stay for a next day flight. Arrived at night. Property overall was good. Parking area was dark and not the best. Room was decent but could use some upgrades. Hallway felt more like a motel environment. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast bar was great!

Found the facility to be very quiet and the staff was very attentive.

A great place to stay! Convenient to a shopping center, to a gym and community center, and close to some parks to enjoy the outdoors. The room was perfect, and a great place to unwind.

This hotel is far away from the action in Clevland with not much around it. Hotel is dirty and needs some attention. We arrived to the outside being renovated (without this being mentioned on the website or emails). The floors in the main area were dirty, floors in the elevator were sticky (the whole trip) the carpets are dirty etc. This would be a fine place for 1 night, but not as a home base to explore the area.

Very pleasant experience, I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you to the front desk, they were so helpful. Great breakfast

We like the convenience to airport and parking.
