The room is tidy and roomy. The receptionist is really nice. Breakfast was alright.

The room is spacious. The location is good. The staff who helped me to take my bag to the room was good . However i have some difficulty. During check in, reception is not so welcoming. others reception for anothers day is good, always smile and wish good morning, welcome. When i state my booking clearly for 2 breakfasts, the receptionist said it was wrong from trip.com and gave me 1 breakfast. The room cupboard doesn't smell good. Should put refresher. Bathroom not clean . Mould. Non of hand towel and face towel provided. Shampoo bottle refill with bath gel. The funny thing is housekeeping shows me actually it is different and shows me the texture of the liquid. For me you should put the correct bottle to avoid confusion and dont mix bath gel with a shampoo bottle. In the end I went to the mall and purchased shampoo, bath gel, face towel and refresher. I got a coughing and runny nose during the stay because of the bedroom conditions that have dust especially carpet. Pillows should change to a new one. Condition is not good.

The hotel is clean and spacious. But the need to pay for rm10 parking fee

Affordable price, locate at shopping mall. Many options of food and can have a rest with cinema inside the mall.

Hotel attach with Dpulze Shopping Mall. Very convenient to buy food and other necessities. Room is spacious equipped with kitchen.

Arrived at 5.15pm. Room still not available and need to wait another hour. Guests were waiting at the lobby waiting for their room. The receptionist try to comfort everyone by saying they are doing their level best because there are 100 rooms need to be clean. Well maybe management need to hire more in their housekeeping dept. Checking-in at 6.30pm. Hmm..

Really spacious room, beautiful interior, clean and suitable for family. Really convenient the room is really complete, they got all amenities such as iron, iron board, microwave and hairdryer also.

Inside d pulze mall.
Easy access to get food and cinema.
