Our stay was ok, the beds were comfortable. The problem was with the bathroom. The paint was peeling off the wall and ceiling there was rust on the door, light fixtures, and bathtub.

We did not like the fact that we could not block out the outside lighting at night. We like our room dark for sleeping and we were able to do that. The furniture in the breakfast area needs upgrading as most of the chairs are wearing out.

We appreciated getting a room upon arrival at 1pm instead of waiting for 3pm check in. Also, breakfast was out and ready before 5am when we left, so that was awesome.
Our room on the bottom floor was obviously damaged by water. Bathroom door was peeling and very damaged. No ventillation in the bathroom so steam just condenses onto countertops and all is wet. The TV had a line running down the middle of the LED screen. Also, very shady looking individuals hanging out in the lobby and outside the hotel made us feel uncomfortable.
