An House Hotel & Apartment Da Nang

We had a disappointing experience with this hotel. We originally booked an apartment with a balcony, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property and paid a higher price. However, when we arrived, we were given a completely different room without a balcony because the apartment we booked was apparently no longer available. The room we received was not very clean, and the overall condition did not match the photos or description shown online. The bathroom shower door was damaged, some walls were dirty, and there was also an unpleasant smell coming from the courtyard side. Privacy was another issue, as people passing by could easily see inside certain parts of the apartment. Communication was also difficult because the front desk staff spoke very limited English, which made resolving the issue more complicated than it should have been. To be fair, the receptionist tried to help and showed us another room, but the main problem seemed to come from poor booking management. Overall, the hotel has potential and the location is decent, but the management needs to improve room accuracy, cleanliness, maintenance, and communication with guests. We stayed until check-out because changing hotels at the last minute was inconvenient, but the experience was not what we expected from the booking

The hotel is well maintained with big lobby. The location is a great +++. Lots of restaurants/cafés nearby and it's very close to the beach, just a few mins walk - so convenient. There's also many massage shops in the same street for people who'd like to relax.

We dont expect so much in this hotel at first, but when we enter it that is where it exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious, nice, and cozy. Even in the lobby and the hallways, it was highly maintained. The location is also good! Its near the beach, convenience store, and other local restaurants/eatery.

The stay was too hood and the host was friendly too . Highly recommended.

The room itself was beautiful, shower was good, bed was comfortable, and as a woman I especially like the vanity mirror next to the big windows for natural light. The elevator was helpful. That being said, the view was not that good since the giant hotel opposite blocks most of it. Service was nonexistent as the "receptionist" was a young boy who couldn't answer even basic questions in vietnamese. This feels more like an Airbnb with the entrance opens. If you're independent and can handle most of your needs, it's an okay choice. I did have to take grab to most popular cafes and restauranfs but the quietness was needed at night. I did enjoy the cafe in front, very affordable.

Everything was great. Great location and awesome stay. Simple and clean accommodation. Special thanks to the cleaning lady. She was always similing, greeting every time you see her and works very hard everyday. Front desk guy generally little grumpy looking- not very friendly, no hello or smile ever😆. Either way, we would definitely recommend this place. Please note, the rooms doesn't come with washer even though it shows online while booking. The building has washer dryer for themselves on the 5th floor but don't use it unless you are washing white clothes because high concentration of bleach is used for linens and towels to be washed for the hotel. Tons of options to get laundry done around there. Overall, great experience. Thanks.
