Only good thing about the place is that its quiet surrounding, so if it's something you're after. By all means, go for it. Rooms got mold everywhere, tablewares not checked properly, and high chance is that my housekeepr got hungry and used the glass 'cos there's no way it's me who drinks water since I never dare drink unless it's bottled water. Another nightmare is once it's pass 7PM, you can't even request for plates and cutleries since "restaurant is closed." Breakfast was okay.

This hotel is not good and the wifi is non exsisting the beds are worn out and very soft and rooms are tiny doesnt quite look like the profile images on the platform. The breakfast is however fantastic. This is an ok hotel for a short term stay but not recommended for anyone who requires space good air-conditioning or wifi.

This hotel is a peaceful retreat with excellent service. The design makes you feel right at home. All the staff members are incredibly helpful. They offer motorbike rentals and a reasonably priced shuttle service to Da Nang airport. Katie, one of the staff, was particularly attentive and provided great care. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. The photos I've uploaded might not show much of the hotel itself, but the room was absolutely fantastic! 😍😍😍

However, be sure to double-check your room's specifications. We were given a room noticeably smaller than advertised, and the bed was narrower than stated during booking. Luckily, the staff quickly offered another option with a more comfortable bed.
Breakfasts are nothing fancy, but if you arrive right when they open, the selection is quite good.
Despite these minor issues, the hotel remains a decent option for its price range.

The check in lobby was crowded and hot because of big group with kids. They arranged a room next to the event which was so loud. I asked to move the room.
Reception arranged a new room further but still noisy. Air conditioner did work at this room. Engineering came to check and he confirmed it worked, but it did not. The room is so suffocating that I again have to ask for a fan. They even didn’t remove towel from previous guest and flush or clean toilet.
In general it was a terrible experience and the hotel is far below 4* as they claimed themselves here.
