Seavitel Beach Hotel Danang

The staff at Seavitel are all wonderful. I've had to interact with many of them, and all my experiences were pleasant. The location is convenient if you want to stay close to the beach. There are some nice grocery stores and diners within walking distance. However, we had some issues during our stay. The first one was AC not working properly. In July, that was awful to experience. The first night, I couldn't sleep at all because of the heat and humidity in the room. There was also a fan in the room, but it wasn't making matters much better. They did fix the AC, but only after our second night in those conditions. The second issue was with the door constantly beeping. They fixed that as well, but it was just exhausting having to deal with all of that. We're active travelers, meaning we have our days packed with activities, tours, etc. A hotel for us is mostly just a place to shower and sleep. That's why taking our time to talk to the staff and then wait for repairs to be done instead of relaxing and sleeping spoiled some of our trip. I want to point out that the handyman/maintenance guy who works there does his job really well. He was extremely quick and efficient. I think the real problem is the state of the hotel and its amenities. The kettle had open wires, and furniture was making noise. No place to hang your swimsuits, no safe. No ironing possible either. Everything looked kind of old, and it felt like we were staying in a motel rather than in a 4-star hotel. It's nowhere near even 3 european stars. I'd like to mention again that the staff are wonderful. They even offered us free breakfast for the inconveniences we'd had to experience. That was nice of them. The breakfast was tasty, even though all meat parts (and they were small) were with bones, which seems horrendous to me. But everything else was delicious.

Nice view room (seaview), big, comfortable and clean room. The receptionist is very helpful and friendly and they can speak english. The hotel near sea, mart and restaurant. The location is very strategic and easy access.

Honestly, one of my favourite hotels and my second time returning to Da Nang and staying in this hotel. Simple, clean and in a good location near the beach. It’s perfect.

No weighing scale and 1 lampshade wasnt working. But room was clean, spacious, and beds are comfortable.

Overall so lovely 🥰🥰🥰. Just walk down to the My Khe beach. Nice view. Bright room. I really love it. Start my morning with authentic local food breakfast. I will stay again at this hotel for my next trip.

I was very happy with my choice of this hotel. My room was so spacious and it even had marble floor. The location couldn’t be better: just 5 minutes on foot to a totally empty clean beach. Wow! The price, the hotel and the location are excellent. The staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Overall quite a disappointing stay. The hotel is an old building with beautiful architecture and finishings, but very poorly maintained and in dire need of renovations. The elevator is poorly maintained and frequently shows error messages. The rooms are poorly kept, with lots of exposed wires and a bed that is SO hard, it makes it difficult to sleep. Breakfast is lacklustre; cold coffee and eggs is not the best way to start one's day. The staff were wonderful and very friendly, which is the only positive to this stay.
