Caro Premium Danang Hotel

The hotel is great, though not everything was working, like the sauna. The location is good for watching the Dragon Bridge and swing bridge shows, but the main promenade is on the other side of the bridge. We stayed there for 3 nights, but two would have been enough. The pool was green the first day due to rain, and while the water eventually turned blue, it never became clear. In the room, everything was modern and fantastic!

The hotel service was great, and the scenery was beautiful. The room was a bit small, and the hairdryer was broken and wasn't replaced!

This minimalist boutique hotel in the heart of Da Nang exceeded my expectations with its elegant, cozy, and inviting atmosphere. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the modern luxury design, warm color palette, and the clean, airy feel, complete with a pleasant aroma. It's perfect for both relaxation and photography enthusiasts. The location is excellent and convenient, close to Dragon Bridge, Han River, and many popular cafes. It's super easy to call a Grab for further explorations. The room was a good size, and the bed was incredibly soft – I slept wonderfully. The warm lighting in the room is digitally adjustable. There's a work desk and a small seating area, giving it a cozy, luxury condo vibe, complete with a Smart TV and all the necessary amenities. The design is beautiful, like a premium hotel. The circular backlit mirror adds a very luxurious touch. The shower area is clearly separated, and every corner looks clean and new. The toilet is a modern Japanese style. Breakfast offered a stunning view of the river and Dragon Bridge. The food included both Vietnamese and international options, all delicious with fresh ingredients. Out of the four hotels I stayed at on this trip, this hotel's breakfast was the most enjoyable and impressive. Above all, the staff provided excellent service. They constantly asked if I needed any assistance and even remembered my bag that I had left in the dining area. I was very impressed. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to other Thai travelers. One suggestion I have is to add a bit more fragrance to the guest rooms. This would make the hotel even more perfect and leave an even greater impression on guests.

The accommodation was great, and the staff were really helpful. The atmosphere was lovely, and the place was clean (the staff, especially Moon, provided excellent service).
