The hotel is about 1km from My Khe Beach, so we took a Grab to go swimming. The price was okay and the place was clean.

This hotel is below average. The rooms are old, uncomfortable, and the housekeeping leaves much to be desired. Stained windows, spots on surfaces, and hair in the bed. In short, cleanliness is not a priority here.
Adding to that, when we accidentally spilled mango juice on the bed linen, they asked us to pay 300,000 dong. However, once we explained it was mango, they dropped the claim. I guess they initially thought it was urine (lol).
The staff are friendly and try their best to assist with any issues, but this didn't significantly improve the overall impression of the hotel and the room. ((
The location is good, with decent and pleasant places nearby, plus all the necessary amenities.
It's a 15-minute walk to the beach.
+ The price! Compared to other options in this area, the room rate at this hotel seems reasonable.
That's about it...
In a nutshell, I don't recommend it! But if you're on a tight budget, it's acceptable.

Last minute Booking and Ive stayed here before. This time10th floor room1004. Realky bad smell in the room. Balcony doircwas open when I arrived and cleaners also knew it was bad and keft it open also. Service desk guy could maybe smilexandxat keastvpretend he lijes his job.

It was as if the room hadn't been cleaned at all. There were ants in the room and the towels were very dirty.

I really liked this hotel, and the location is convenient. The service was pleasant. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to take photos of the room, but it had everything I needed. There was a small balcony with a city view. I recommend getting a higher floor.
