The hotel was very good, slightly off the main track but it was easy to get around the different areas that we needed to go to.
They were able to get us onto the tours we wanted to use as well as returning us back to the hotel.
Staff were very friendly and the front desk could speak several languages.
Breakfast was very good, I would recommend the egg omletes which where excellent.
Rooms were clean and tidy, the television had plenty of channels in several languages.
Swimming pool on the top floor.
But the biggest Surprise, was a Birthday cake being brought to our room to celebrate my Wife's birthday.
We would recommend this Hotel.

The room was really noisy, despite my request for a quiet room; they put me right next to the elevator. It was uncomfortable with kids running by and making a racket. The room also looked different from the pictures – the carpet and wallpaper in the photos looked much nicer, but in reality, it felt more like an old government-run hotel. Plus, there was a persistent noise from inside the ceiling all night.
I arrived after midnight and couldn't check in, so I had to go out.
The shower partition in the bathroom was bizarre. The glass door had no seal and would hit directly against the glass frame when closed. I was genuinely worried it would shatter.

We booked two rooms and stayed for three nights, and overall, we had a fantastic experience at Sanouva. The rooms were spacious, and we truly appreciated being given connecting rooms, which made our stay even more convenient. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of options that changed daily. Each morning, we genuinely looked forward to enjoying breakfast at the hotel. In addition, the hotel offers thoughtful extras such as daily afternoon tea and a complimentary 30-minute spa session, which added a lovely touch to our stay. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout, making us feel very welcome. The location is also very convenient—just about a 10-minute drive from the airport and within walking distance (around 7 minutes) to Han Market. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay, and I would gladly recommend Sanouva to others.

The room was spacious and clean. The lobby offered refreshing cucumber water, and the hotel isn't far from the attractions. A bellhop helped with our luggage at the entrance, and the rooftop pool had a very chic vibe. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied.

The Vietnamese spring rolls to the right of the entrance are really tasty and cheap! The service was great. We had dinner there two nights; the first night was amazing, but the second night, maybe because we booked late, the soup felt like leftovers! The location is very convenient, with a street behind it full of food stalls and cafes at night.

Very pleasant stay! Only five minutes walk to many cafes and han market. The staffs are all very helpful, even the cleaners are very kind too. We had a 30min spa, very enjoyable. Personally like the pool area a lot, nice place to chill. Other places like the main entrance and lobby are well decorated too.
