The room all old furniture…
Small room… can’t imagine those who bring big luggage, hardly got space to walk…
Such small room should remove the small table and chairs…
The TV remote was not working, request to change battery … they say will come to my room immediately … but in the end… waited 10minutes nobody comes.. I have to bring the remote to reception to get the battery replaced ….
They got a cold fridge…
The breakfast serve nice buttery pancakes…
Other food… not so good…
They never top up food when finished…
The restaurant that only one who always give a smiling face is the one who cook the pancake and egg station…

Surprisingly this hotel have many Indian nationals customers … so you can see few when breakfast, use hand to take food although tongs are provided …I just comment what I saw in the 3 days…no hard feelings …

Overall, I really liked this hotel. It was clean, had everything I needed, and the air conditioning was excellent (a lifesaver in this heat!). The location is also great – a straight 7-minute walk to the beach. They provide complimentary small bottles of water, tea, and coffee, and there's a paid mini-bar. My room had a city view (beautiful at night!) and you could even see the sea in the distance. There are two small pools on the 22nd floor. The breakfast, however, was just okay (they make eggs in different ways, offer local soup, plus a buffet, but the selection was small and not very tasty). Also, early check-in costs extra. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Hotel location is excellent, everything is clean, and amenities are good with rooftop pool/bar access. You can book electric scooter or bike directly from the reception, which is a plus. But I have a bad experience check-in service. Although I booked partial sea view room, I was given a different lower floor room. Upon contacting trip.com and then reception, it was changed. So be careful. Also there was a bit looong wait to get the room, may be because of seasonal crowd. Otherwise experience is okay.

I booked a standard king room, which didn't have a window facing a balcony. After I contacted Trip.com customer service, they helped me switch to a room with a window in the bathroom. Overall, the hotel is quite average. The only upside is its proximity to the beach, just a ten-minute walk. The breakfast selection is limited, and there are many Indian guests. If you have better options, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Am cerut să ni se schimbe camera, însă ni s-a arătat un apartament aflat în aceeași stare deplorabilă. Nu am rezistat mai mult de 15 minute în acest hotel și am decis să plecăm imediat pentru a căuta altă cazare. Din păcate, nu am reușit să recuperăm banii plătiți pentru rezervare.
Mai mult decât atât, la plecare ni s-a cerut să plătim și sticla de apă consumată.

The room was a bit small, and the breakfast selection was very basic. However, the location was excellent, just a 200-meter walk from My Khe Beach. Downstairs, there were plenty of dining options with various cuisines.

The location is great, and the hotel's facilities are modern and well-designed. Our corner room offered fantastic views; the bathroom had a sea view, and the room itself overlooked the city. It was very clean and tidy, and the service was excellent and professional, making for a very comfortable stay. Even though our room was on the 14th floor facing the street, it was surprisingly quiet – so those sensitive to noise can rest assured. There are two pools on the rooftop, perfect for watching both sunrise and sunset, and a game room on the first floor where you can play billiards. 🎱
