The hotel is suitable for those who are looking for an economical option with a great location. Only 5 minutes to the beach, and there are many cafes and shops around. We were given a more spacious room at no extra charge, which left a pleasant impression. However, you should be prepared for the fact that the decor leaves much to be desired. The furniture is reminiscent of Soviet times, and the room feels tired. Cleaning is done every day, but at a fairly superficial level, so you should be prepared for a little independent effort. The hotel staff is friendly and tries to help guests, and hygiene products and water are provided for everyone every day. If price and location are more important to you than freshness of renovation, this hotel may be a good choice.

This hotel has different names and different listings. The photos are misleading. I rented for 3 nights, and all 3 nights I had problems with the hot water. The second night they sent a very nice man to fix it. The third night I waited from 4:00 PM until the next day without being able to use the hot water. TRIP.COM contacted the hotel and the hotel staff told him that it was already fixed, all lies. He went down again to argue with the reception and took a photo of his translator in which he explained "It was not fixed, we are waiting for the engineer to come" (9:00 PM). Obviously I could not shower with hot water, not even in the morning. Very cumbersome. I REQUESTED A REFUND and the hotel did not approve it.
