Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills

Beautiful hotel located at Ba Na Hills. Best part about staying here was that we had the whole French village to explore for ourselves after about 5pm when day tours left and the priority early access cable car ride to golden bridge at 6am which was the highlight of our trip. The room was great and all amenities and services were excellent. Literally felt like we were living in a castle in medieval times.. Enjoyed a buffet dinner at beer plaza and free sunkraft beer.. Buffet breakfast was great too with lots of fresh fruits.

We booked three rooms and stayed in Building B in a duplex-style room, which was excellent. I traveled with my big family, and we had a very comfortable stay. Some of the staff could speak Thai, which made communication and asking for information very easy and convenient. The location was also extremely convenient for traveling and sightseeing.

One of the best hotel services ever, from the moment you step down into the hotel until leaving the hotel. All the staffs are very very helpful and ofc the place itself is soooo comfy & pretty. Breakfast if good 💓 Worth it to stay overnight if want to enjoy Ba Na Hills !

the venu is great the food no so great we arrived late restaurants closed roomservice wasnt that nice and even though you can not leave the mountain nothing is open to even buy any drinks or food after 10 pm. the beds are very hard breakfast has heaps to chose from but I feel it is quantity over quality having said all that the village is more beautiful at night than during the day and staying at the hotel.meams you get to go on the golden bridge early before the public so you can capture the perfact photo. Individually the staff were lovley however the maps and guidance of what their is at the village lacks.

Mecure has a nice European feel, central location in the village. Highlight is how magical the village looks in the evenings, with benefit of much less tourists around, very busy during the day. Definitely worth staying overnight to experience Ba Na Hills by day and night.

This hotel is very convenient for the tour inside Bana Hills. Food is nice too. However, during the time of our stay, there was a power outage or blacked out (April 28, 2026) at the whole Bana Hills and we are not able to enjoy the nighttime Bana Hills tour because there was an outage. Hotel management did not offer any reward like free drinks as a result of the inconvenience. Staffs are very helpful and they carry our luggages.

I booked a room with a king-size bed, but upon arrival I was assigned a twin room with two small beds without any prior notice. After a long trip with heavy luggage, I was directed to a different building, and only there discovered that the room type did not match my booking. I requested a change through the booking platform, but it was declined without any clear explanation. At that point, returning to reception in another building and going through the process again was very inconvenient. This experience did not match the room type I had booked and expected. This is not acceptable for a hotel of this level.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making me feel comfortable right away. The room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was the excellent service—every request was handled quickly and with genuine care. The ambiance of the hotel and inviting, making it a perfect place to unwind. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great hospitality. I look forward to staying here again.
