the reception staff are great in terms of service👍
the room is okay, no hair dryer, no hair conditioner just shampoo though. my room has a bathtub but when i shower the toilet floor floods, hot water in the shower is just warm doesn't matter if morning or evening. the breakfast has no option for viand they only serve spicy viand, margarine NOT butter is what they serve for bread, coffee is just warm NOT hot. tv is not in english.

I had booked a Deluxe King Room with a balcony, but when we checked in, the staff gave us a room without one. I immediately asked them to switch it, and thankfully, they did, and their attitude was decent. The room facilities were a bit old, but the price was very good value, and breakfast was included. The hygiene was acceptable, and it was quite close to the beach.

Staff is friendly and ready to help u. I asked for the earlier check-in and they provided it. As for my room, it was a little bit old and in my bathroom I saw a cockroach. but I spent really little time at the hotel and don’t have complains

The room was clean and tidy, and the decor was very unique. The staff were warm and attentive, and the front desk spoke Chinese, which was incredibly helpful for me. The hotel offers breakfast, including fried dough sticks and congee, which was a pleasant surprise. It's less than a kilometer to the beach, and you can rent scooters at the front desk. Exploring Da Nang by motorbike is really comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
