Adina Hotel

The hotel has a great location. The air conditioning is ok and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is quite plentiful.

Comfortable and beautiful furniture, designed like something but nice,clean and relaxing. Breakfast is delicious and various dishes including European and Asian cuisine. Interesting pictures / pieces of art kn thr walls even in the room picture with embroidery of the traditional Vietnamese way of life! Very interesting background to stay in this hotel.

Decent breakfast but served before 8.30 AM so hard to take advance. Ok hotel but not more. Problems with hot water, not very clean and staff does not speak English

Wasn't the cleanest but it was the cheapest we could find in Da nang so okay if you are on a budget. It was pretty old and the walls were peeling and moldy, the towels were stained and torn so could definitely improve.

REALY DIRTY

I booked a males room by mistake then upon check in I asked to rectify the booking because they still had other rooms available. After the worst assistant from the front desk I was eventually allocated to the most horrific room. I had paid for 2 nights and only stayed 1 night the hotel refused to allocate me a room of the same monetary value. The room had ants, flying bugs on towels, poorly wiped down room and was outdated. I eventually couldn’t handle it anymore and decided to leave the hotel the very same evening I checked-in. Also I saw a huge rat running around the lobby as I was waiting for my Grab ride.

Cleanliness is an issue - dont expect alot from the housekeeping

The hotel is located near the beach. My room was in good condition. As luck would have it.

This is already my third time staying at this hotel, and I keep coming back because it is very comfortable and reliable. The breakfast is one of the things I enjoy most. There is a good variety of food, and the quality is always good. I would also like to thank the staff for their kindness. When I traveled to another city, they allowed me to leave one of my suitcases at the reception for several days without charging any extra fee. I really appreciated that service. My only suggestion would be to add more vegetarian options and clearly label which dishes are suitable for vegetarians. There are already some vegetarian foods available, but better labeling and a wider selection would make the breakfast even better. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.
