Muong Thanh Luxury Da Nang Hotel

3 years ago when I come it was alright, but this time during my visit, there was a dead cockroach in my bedroom, I’m definitely disgusted, even the cheaper hotels I went aren’t in such a bad shape. I had high hopes but I guess I wouldn’t pick you guys as an option anymore. I even left my deposit at your lobby but I guess it’s gone by now already.

I went to Da Nang for the second time and stayed at the Muong Thanh Hotel for the first time. Muong Thanh Hotel has a great location, but the sea view was amazing, and the pool, rooftop, and breakfast were the best. I was especially grateful for the front desk staff who were smiling and kind. I would also like to thank Quynh Trang for kindly guiding me to the airport vehicle when checking out in the morning. I will stay at Muong Thanh Hotel again next time and recommend it to other tourists. Thank you.

The worst honey moon ever We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights worst decision ever. 1. they put us in a room that was right next to the construction site, every morning 7:00 AM the construction noise wake us up. ( I did mentioned that it was our honey moon. But the receptionist didn’t say a single ”congratulations” but instead looking at Me like I was trying to take advantage from them. 2. I asked if it was possible to change us room to another one due to the noise. the receptionist then say they have to charge us extra money. 3. Not a single smile from the receptionist when we check in, and their attitude was extremely bad. Looking at us like we did something wrong to them. 4. The food was subpar. 5. Guests were rude and cutting lines 6. Terrible noise cancellation, you can hear everything. Unlivable 7. The swimming pool was disgusting, you see trash such as wet tissue in it.

Excellent lotion with walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was ok but all the hotel staff were great. Especially the restaurant server (Ms Tam) was very kind and helpful, as I could not walk around due to my knee injury. She ran extra miles to serve all my needs for the food on my table. I am sure I will be back for my next trip to this great place.

The hotel is beautiful, clean with great location. Also the staff is friendly and helpful. The only cons I could give are these 2: 1) currently there is some construction going on next to the building which creates a disturbing noise in the morning 2) even though there are 6 elevators, it seems they are not enough. Most of the times I had to spend quite enough time waiting.
